Shipping Policy

At Cafe Vishala, we aim to deliver freshly prepared bakery cookies and chocolates in a safe and timely manner.

We currently ship orders only within India. Orders are processed within one to three business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery usually takes three to seven business days depending on the delivery location. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume festive periods.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

Please note that delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.
