Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of bakery cookies and chocolates, we follow a strict no-return policy once the product has been delivered.

If you receive a damaged product, incorrect item, or missing items in your order, you must contact us within twenty-four hours of delivery. You are required to share your order ID along with clear photos or videos showing the issue for verification.

Once the issue is verified and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five to seven business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.

Cafe Vishala reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
